INVITATION FOR BIDS
Procurement procedure SHARED PROCEDURE CESVI-OPT-2022-OLT01 
Supply and delivery of excavation/filling materials and asphalt materials, pipes and fittings, chlorination equipment 
Cesvi is an international NGO, with headquarters in Italy, operating in Palestine. Cesvi has received grants from AICS (Italian 
Agency for Development Cooperation)for the implementation of the following operations: 
• DPSE047 Project RIGHTS – Protection and human rights for vulnerable Palestinian communities in Area C (West Bank): 
health, water and hygiene, funded by AICS under contract AID 12273/01/0/CISP/AREAC/1, aiming at enhancing protection 
of Palestinian population living under threat of human rights violations, with specific reference to access to health and 
safe WASH services, by way of a multi-sectorial approach entailing WASH, health, protection and advocacy components 
deployed at HH, public institutions and community levels 
• DPSE048 Project PASSI – Protection, Water, Health and Hygiene for vulnerable population in Area C, funded by AICS under 
contract AID 12273/01/0/CESVI/AREAC/3, that aims at enhancing health and protection by way of a comprehensive 
intervention at multiple levels (HHs, public institutions, and communities) that entails improved access to safe water, 
reduced exposure to hygiene risks and waterborne diseases, establishment of referral mechanisms and protection 
services 
The mentioned projectsforesee theconstruction and improvement of public water networks in the territories of Khallet Eddar 
and Khallet Al Maiyya – Hebron Governorate. 
Cesvi invites interested bidders to present a quotation for the procurement of the supply of the following materials, divided 
into 3 lots:
LOT 1 – EXCAVATION/FILLING MATERIALS AND ASPHALT MATERIALS 
LOT 2 – PIPES AND FITTINGS 
LOT 3 – CHLORINATION EQUIPMENT 
 
Delivery shall be completed by 2 March 2023. 
Interested bidders may apply for a single lot or for more than one lot and should pursue the following bidding conditions:
1. Registration at the VAT and Customs Departments and certificate of financial clearance 
2. Registration with the Chamber of Commerce 
3. Qualification requirements are presented in the bidding documents 
4. Interested bidders can get the bidding documents from 26.12.2022 till 2.1.2023 during working time 9.00am -12.00pm

5. Deadline for submission of offers is 12 January 2023 at 12.00

Late bids will be rejected. 
6. Bidders are invited to attend a technical meeting on 
• 4 January 2023, 10.00 am at Halhul Women Association - Halhul 
7. Bids will be opened on 15.01.2023 at 10.00 am at Halhul Women Association - Halhul. Bidders can attend.
