TENDER NOTICE
Cesvi is an International NGO with its Head office in Italy, via Broseta 68/a, 24128 Bergamo and is registered in Palestine and located at Ata Al-Zir Street 15 – Beit Hanina – East Jerusalem - oPt. Cesvi has received a grant from AICS for the implementation of the project “Green Dheisheh: Improving Solid Waste Management in Dheisheh Camp and its neighbourhood”, that aims at enhancing environmental conditions and solid waste management system in Dheisheh Camp and the surrounding areas.
With the present document, Cesvi is inviting interested companies to present quotations to the following Open Local Tender as indicated below:

Terms & Conditions:
All national suppliers can collect the tender documents from Cesvi Local Office, located in Bethlehem: Beit Jala, Industrial Zone Street. Kharoofah Building, First Floor, Apartment 4.
Tender documents can be collected from Sunday-Thursday (10:00 to 14:00) until 24.02.2025 local time.

1. Sealed tenders/bids must be submitted with 2 envelopes marked A (technical information) & B (financial offer). Bids submitted without all the asked documents may not be considered for further evaluation.
2. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 05.03.2025 at Cesvi Local Office in Bethlehem (Beit Jala, Industrial Zone Street. Kharoofah Building, First Floor, Apartment 4) and should be marked as “Not to be opened before 10.03.2025 at 12:00, - opening session”.
3. Electronic bidding is also accepted, by submitting tenders to: tender@cesvi.org. Emails should have the following subject: DPSE050-OLT01-2025 and have 2 different and separated attachments:
“Envelope A” with Technical Specifications, Company Profile and Tenderer’s declarations and “Envelope B” with Financial Offer
Emails must be submitted before the deadline of 05.03.2025.
4. Tenders opening session will be held at Dheisheh Popular Committee Office in Dheisheh Camp on 10.03.2025 at 12:00, in the presence of bidder’s representatives (only one representative from each bidder), who wish to witness the tender opening. All Agents representing foreign companies should have a signed mandate from the companies being represented.
5. Tender evaluation session will be held on 17.03.2025 behind closed doors.
6. Tender Committee reserve the right to increase/decrease the quantity of supplies after award of tender to the tender winner.
7. Bidder must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies or submitting a fake call deposit/earnest money. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices their bid will be rejected and the companies in question will be permanently black listed.
8. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria of selection. Quality, reliability and availability assessments will also be considered in the selection of bids.
9. Tender Committee reserve the right to cancel/reject any or all bids/offers without assigning any reason.
10. Inquiries, request and questions about this tender can be made by email to fieldeng3hebron@cesvioverseas.org no later than 27.02.2025, before 14:00.
11. Questions raised & Answers will be communicated via email “fieldeng3hebron@cesvioverseas.org “to all registered tenderer before the closing date of the tender by 02.03.2025. Inquiries by phone calls will not be entertained whatsoever.
