WeWorld NGO, active in 27 countries, has received a grant from AICS and intends to launch a tender procedure as part of the projects entitled “PONTE – Promoting Opportunities for NEXUS-oriented Territorial Empowerment and Economic Resilience” under Grant Contracts “AICS LLRD 011957/01/3”
Work to be provided
The subject of this tender procedure is vocational training for the following topics:
- Lot 1: Vocational training on Marketing & Branding (Al Jaba’a, al Walaja, Wadi Fukin)
- Lot 2: Vocational training on Hospitality & Local Tourism
- Lot 3: Technical professional trainings.

The ITB can be requested from 26/09/2024 with a submission deadline on 06/10/2024 at 01:00 PM (oPt time).

Submission Requirements:
1. Subject line must include the reference of this tender procedure: WW/OPT/AICS-LRRD/2024/NP011
2. The email must be in English.
3. Include the words “Not to be opened before the tender opening session.”
Important Notes:
- Bidders may apply for one or more LOTs. Each LOT will be evaluated separately, and contracts may be split, awarded, and performed by different contractors. However, bids will not be accepted for incomplete LOTs. It is strongly recommended that suppliers submit for all LOTs.
- Additional information, clarifications, or questions will be sent to all bidders via email upon request.
- Bids sent after the deadline will not be considered.
- If you are applying for several lots, please make sure you add the work plan Annex VII for each lot separately
