WeWorld NGO, active in 27 countries, intends to launch an Open Local Tender procedure in the framework of multiple projects funded by multiple Donors, It is expected that the Donors will establish the final amount of the grant and will liquidate it to WeWorld on completion of the operation based on the expenses presented and declared eligible. No party other than WeWorld shall derive any right from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds. Under no circumstances or for no reason whatsoever will the Donor entertain any request for indemnity or payment directly submitted by the humanitarian organisation’s Vendors.

The subject of this tender procedure is the rehabilitation of the following project:

-      Building Materials (Building material, Carpentry works, aluminum and steel works, Plumping works, Electrical Works and Covers)

The full ITB (Invitation to Bid) package will be available via email only, upon request, to the following email address: ps.tenders@weworld.it .

The ITB can be requested from 10/09/2024 to 25/09/2024 by 01:00 PM (oPt time).

3. Include the company name in the email body.
4. Provide contact information.

Tender Submission Deadline

Eligible bidders must submit their bids via email only by 25/09/2024 by 01:00 PM (oPt time) to ps.tenders@weworld.it

 Submission Requirements:

1. Subject line must include the reference of this tender procedure: WW/oPt/GEN/2024/OLT-05

2. The email must be in English.

3. Include the words “Not to be opened before the tender opening session.”

 Important Notes:

-       Bidders may apply for one or more LOTs. Each LOT will be evaluated separately, and contracts may be split, awarded, and performed by different contractors. However, bids will not be accepted for incomplete LOTs. It is strongly recommended that suppliers submit for all LOTs.

-       Additional information, clarifications, or questions will be sent to all bidders via email upon request.

Bids sent after the deadline will not be considered.
